The search for the perfect mod ends here.

The FOURTEEN® is not simply an overdrive pedal; it is the physical embodiment of Mike Fortin’s legendary modification history. We have consolidated the secret weapon circuits that discerning guitarists and metal titans have hunted for years into one relentless, pedalboard-friendly chassis.

Why settle for a single modification when you can have the entire history of overdrive transformation at your feet? The FOURTEEN® offers two identical, fully independent channels, allowing you to stack, switch, and sculpt the ultimate "Green Box" tone.

The Holy Trinity of Tone

Each channel on the FOURTEEN® is switchable between three distinct, historically significant circuit topologies. This is not modeling—these are the actual analog circuit paths of the legends:

The Modded OD808®/TS808®: The vintage classic. Expect that legendary mid-hump growl, but tightened, purified, and optimized for high-gain amps.

The Modded OD9®/TS9®: The modern standard. Enhanced for aggression, sharper attack, and absolute clarity in a dense mix.

The Hexdrive: The cult classic. A surgical clean boost that redefined how to push a tube amp into saturation without coloring the tone.

Seamless Amp Integration

Designed for the modern rig, the FOURTEEN® features a 1/4" side jack for remote switching. This allows for seamless synchronization with your amplifier’s channel switching.

Assign Your Attack: Instantly assign a specific drive character (e.g., the Hexdrive) to your clean channel, and switch to a different topology (e.g., the Modded OD9) when you hit your dirty channel.

Total Control: Pure, unrelenting gain capable of making your amp scream like never before.

Key Features

Dual Independent Channels: Set up two different boost levels or gain structures and switch instantly.

3-Way Circuit Selector: Toggle between Fortin-modded 808, 9, and Hexdrive circuits on both channels.

Integrated Switching: Side jack allows for remote switching via amplifier control.

Built for War: Rugged chassis construction designed to survive the rigors of touring.

The Fortin Standard: Engineered to provide the tightest, most aggressive boost for high-gain metal and rock.

The search for the perfect Tubescreamer mod ends here. The FOURTEEN® isn't just an overdrive; it is the physical embodiment of Mike Fortin’s legendary modification history. We have consolidated the secret weapon circuits that discerning guitarists have hunted for years into one relentless pedal.

Why settle for a single mod when you can have the history of overdrive transformation at your feet? The FOURTEEN® features two identical channels, each switchable between three distinct, historically significant circuit topologies:

The Modded OD808®/TS808®: The classic vintage growl, tightened and purified.

The Modded OD9®/TS9®: The modern standard, enhanced for aggression and clarity.

The Hexdrive: The cult classic that redefined clean boosting.

With a 1/4" side jack for seamless amp channel switching, the FOURTEEN® allows you to assign specific drive characters to your clean or dirty channels instantly. This is the apex of the modified green box sound - pure, unrelenting, and capable of making your amp scream like never before.

On: True bypass, relay based soft footswitch - FOURTEEN® will power up in the same state it was powered off;CH 1/2: Switches between CH 1 (red) and CH 2 (Green)Gain: The amount of gain in circuit;Tone: A regular tone/treble control;Level: Increases the output level of the pedal;HD mode: HexDrive mode offers new tone shaping possibilities for heavy musicians. The HD transitions from clean boost to overdrive, delivering the best of both worlds. The DRIVE sweep is key; it doesn’t add dirt until about 10-11 o’clock, allowing you to drive the front end of your amp while enjoying its natural character. At higher gain settings, you get a sweet midrange push that elevates your tone again;F9 mode: This F9 mode is a step up in output level push that gives you the ability to push your amplifier to drive more naturally while keeping the character of the amp intact. The F9 mode uses an alternative clipping circuit, enabling it to provide a fully clean boost when the DRIVE control is set to lower counter-clockwise positions. As the DRIVE is increased, it transitions into a more natural-sounding, tube-like drive compared to traditional offerings. The F9 is voiced with an enhanced midrange, accentuating harmonics for more articulate pick attack. LEVEL output is twice as much as the HD mode; andF808 mode: The F808 surpasses the other two modes in output level and saturation, functioning as an amp booster or a pure distortion pedal. The Primary clipping stage creates the natural breakup with a secondary clipping stage added to the DRIVE control. This additional gain stage provides a natural-sounding, tube-like overdrive with enhanced compression and organic bloom as the DRIVE control is increased clock-wise. This mode enhances the upper midrange to accentuate pick attack and harmonics while preserving the low-end depth. LEVEL output is three times as much as the HD mode.

Built in U.S.A.;Highest grade materials selected for superior sound, response and reliability;Industry standard DPDT relay true bypass switching; Two identical channels to give you complete control of your tone;Remote switching allows you to change the channel of your amp at the same time you activate the pedal;Polarity switcher so you can assign either side of the pedal to either channel of your amp;9vDC center-pin negative (fully regulated) external adapter/power supply only (not included);Power draw: 115mA @9vDCPedal Dimensions (W/D/H): 4.8” x 2.64” x 1.6” (122mm x 67mm x 39.5mm) excluding knobs and switches;Shipping Weight: 0.4kgIncludes Fortin’s limited 1-year warranty;Ships globally – all published prices are USD.

Very Extensive Overview of Major Ethical Issues
Format: Hardcover
Anyone familiar with Wayne Grudem’s Systematic Theology knows how extensive his work tends to be. At 1,328 pages, Christian Ethics: An Introduction to Biblical Moral Reasoning follows that same comprehensive approach, offering a systematic guide to Christian moral reasoning. Grudem’s goal is to help Christians live lives pleasing to God by obeying Scripture and making wise moral choices. His ethical framework is rooted in God’s character and the authority of Scripture, with careful attention to the relationship between Old and New Testament ethics. While many ethical themes are drawn from the Ten Commandments, Grudem argues that the moral law remains applicable today, while the ceremonial and civic laws have passed away with the coming of Christ. Readers will notice that his chapter on civil government is adapted from his earlier work, Politics—According to the Bible: A Comprehensive Resource for Understanding Modern Political Issues in Light of Scripture. Grudem argues that moral right and wrong are grounded in who God is—not in human consensus. God’s attributes (holiness, love, justice, and truthfulness) define what is good. As such, Grudem holds to a form of Divine Command Theory: God’s commands flow from God’s nature. God does not command arbitrarily, because his moral will reflects his unchanging, holy, loving, and just character. God’s nature is the ultimate standard of goodness, and the Good is not external to God (contra Plato). Therefore, Grudem stands within the theological voluntarist tradition associated with Augustine, Calvin, and Reformed orthodoxy. For Grudem, ethics is ultimately about imitating God (Eph. 5:1), which stands in direct opposition to moral relativism and situation ethics. He devotes chapters to honoring God through avoiding idolatry, truthfulness in speech, and faithfulness in Sabbath observance and devotion. Grudem also addresses the moral obligation to protect life, engaging debated issues such as abortion, euthanasia, suicide, war and self-defense, racial discrimination, and substance use and health decisions. He presents arguments alongside counterarguments, seeking to ground his conclusions biblically. Regarding authority, Grudem argues that God exercises authority through parents, societal structures, civil government, and the local church. Christians are called to obey civil authorities, though civil disobedience is justified when the state commands what God forbids. Grudem defends a just war position, arguing that war can be morally justified under certain conditions and that governments are authorized by God to use force to restrain evil. In his view, failing to stop evil can itself become immoral. As a result, he rejects Christian pacifism as an absolute position. Jesus’ commands regarding non-retaliation (e.g., “turn the other cheek”) apply to individual Christians, not to the state’s responsibility to uphold justice. The book also addresses marriage and related ethical questions, including marriage and divorce, birth control, IVF and reproductive technologies, pornography, and contemporary debates surrounding homosexuality and transgenderism—all discussed within a biblical framework. Grudem affirms that divorce is permitted in limited biblical cases (sexual immorality and abandonment), though never ideal. I would add that abuse should also be considered legitimate grounds for divorce. He rejects divorce based on incompatibility, unhappiness, or a “loss of love.” Additional topics include private property, work and rest, wealth and poverty, personal stewardship, debt, business ethics, and environmental care. As in his previous writings, Grudem maintains a complementarian view of gender roles, arguing that God designed men and women for distinct but complementary roles, particularly in the home and the church. Throughout the book, Grudem emphasizes human responsibility, freedom, and moral accountability. Our choices carry real moral weight and real consequences. One of the book’s strengths is its emphasis on the heart in ethical reasoning, serving as a corrective to purely external, rule-based moral frameworks. For Grudem, genuinely Christian ethics begins internally and works outward—a point with which I agree. Drawing from Jesus’ teaching in the Sermon on the Mount (Matt. 5–7), he argues that ethics without heart transformation inevitably becomes legalism. Overall, readers will likely find Grudem’s positions conservative. While he does not dismiss natural law arguments, he clearly adopts a “Scripture-first” approach. This book is especially well suited for pastors, as congregants regularly wrestle with complex ethical questions and need biblically grounded guidance.

What one Would Come to Expect
Format: Hardcover
It is typically what you would come to expect from Wayne Grudem. Those familiar with his Systematic Theology will find the material here familiar. Of course, he is dealing with a new set of topics by applying his theological rationale to a set of ethical issues. There a wide set of issues covered here. The reasoning is typical mediocre and the theological development is fine, fair, just ok. Theologically it is a bit thin, but its a nice handy resource, and if you're inclined theologically in a similar direction, then its not a bad collection of essays on important issues that evangelicals need to think about more carefully and critically.

Bad Manufacturing
Format: Paperback
When I got my package. It was in perfect condition, not showing any signs of it being damaged. But then when I started to go through the pages, a couple pages were stained. One page was completely ripped. I thought I could probably just tape it back together, but it was literally missing a chunk of the text. Then I came to the realization I shouldn't have to pay $40 - $50 dollars, and then have to try to fix it and deal with it.
